To benefit from this service, you must be booked on a national or European flight
You can cancel your order at any time. Simply log on to your account and go to your Order History.
You can change your order by contacting Customer Service.
You can place an order between 30 days and 24 hours before your flight departs.
Your order will be ready 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.
This service is available at the following airports: A Coruña, Alicante, Almeria, Barcelona, Bilbao, Fuerteventura, Girona, Gran Canaria, Granada, Ibiza, Jerez, La Palma, Lanzarote, Madrid, Malaga, Mallorca, Menorca, Murcia, Oviedo, Reus, Santander, Santiago, Seville, Tenerife North, Tenerife South and Valencia.
Conditions of our Home Delivery service
Válido solo para vuelos con destino europeo o nacional (no incluidos los vuelos con destino a Canarias, ni Ceuta, ni Melilla). Si viajas a un tercer país o Canarias, Ceuta o Melilla, no podrás utilizar el servicio de Home Delivery.
Applies to purchases with a maximum weight of 15 kg.
Only valid for flights with a national or European destination (note: does not include flights to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla). If you are flying to a different country or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, we cannot provide the Home Delivery service.
Delivery of purchases made in Madrid airport will be made in Madrid, and Barcelona purchases in Barcelona. Orders cannot be sent to a different destination from the airport where the purchase was made and/or the website where the products were reserved.
Deliveries will be made within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment for your order.
